Based on the customer-centered principle. Wuhan Envove information technology Co.,Ltd. Provides customers with the comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services which include solution consulting, installation, commissioning ,trouble shooting, operation training and on-site maintenance.

 1、Pre-sales services

Prior to the purchase contract, Envove provides technical consulting  and configuration proposals  over customers’ demands.

2、Equipment installation and commissioning

The equipment will be transported to the customers’ site based on the terms of the contract. Technical supporting engineers will provide the customers with on-site services including installation and commissioning within a specified time. They are responsible for keeping a clean environment.

3、Technical training

The training program will be provided by Envove technical men. The training shall cover the knowledges and skills of operation and troubleshooting.

4、Equipment maintenance

Envove keeps its commitment for none additional payments for maintenance within 1 year after take over. However, when warranty expires, extended technical support will be available for the software and hardware upgrading,we shall collect payments as appropriate.
